Delivering Specialist Property Services Across Ongo Homes’ Housing Stock

Ongo Homes will soon publish a new Property Services Framework for suitably qualified and experienced contractors.

The framework will cover a range of specialist property and environmental services across Ongo Homes’ housing stock and associated assets.

Suppliers will be able to bid for one, multiple or all available lots, depending on their experience, resources and service capabilities.

Framework Overview

The Ongo Homes Property Services Framework will appoint contractors across ten specialist lots:

  • Lot 1 – Specialist Cleaning
  • Lot 2 – Specialist Clearance Services
  • Lot 3 – Specialist Garden Clearance Services
  • Lot 4 – Cleaning and Clearance One Stop Shop
  • Lot 5 – Security Services
  • Lot 6 – Pest Control Services

  • Lot 10 – Fencing and Gate Works

Suppliers may submit a tender for one, multiple or all lots, subject to the individual requirements set out in the procurement documents.
