Thea Phillips

“I've been with BWS for just under two years, having joined as a Bid Writer. That role gave me the opportunity to work with clients across a wide range of sectors, developing expertise not only in bid writing and procurement but also within the industries we help clients bid in.

As my career developed, I expressed an interest in expanding my skill set into marketing. BWS supported that ambition by providing a clear pathway that aligned with my career goals and gave me the opportunity to take ownership of new projects and broaden my experience. It has been an excellent environment to challenge myself, develop new skills and make a meaningful contribution both to our clients' success and to the continued growth of the business.”
